Prepaid order refunds will be processed to the original payment method after successful inspection of returned items.

• Issues related to defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• For returns initiated due to change of mind or sizing issues, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be charged, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

• Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.
